- Eunoia
Eunoia is a recently formed partnership of practitioners with a wide range
of experience in information management and public sector change. Jointly
with Eunoia we are running our following study programmes - Access

in government: Promoting ethics, integrity and professional standards in public
service.
- Centre for the study of Regulated Industries
(CRI)
The CRI is a Research Centre of the University of Bath School of Management.
It is investigating how regulation and competition are working in practice,
both in the UK and abroad. Jointly with CRI we are running our study programme

for Ombudsman and Governance Studies
In October 2000, PAI and the University of Reading established a Centre for
Ombudsman and Governance Studies (COGS). Based in PAI's offices in London
and at the Department of Politics in Reading, the Centre is involved in consultancy,
advisory work, study programmes and research on governance issues as well
as the Ombudsman institution and related issues. If you would like to find

study programme - When citizens complain: The
role of the ombudsman in improving public services.
- Governance and Social Development Resource
Centre
The Governance and Social Development Resource Centre (GSDRC) is funded by
the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and managed jointly
by the International Development Department of the School of Public Policy,
University of Birmingham, the Institute for Development Studies, University
of Sussex, Social Development Direct and Enterplan. The GSDRC provides access
to the best thinking, research and training available in governance, conflict
and social development. It aims to help reduce poverty by better informing
policymaking and enhancing professional knowledge and competencies.
- International Road Federation (IRF)
We are member of the International Road Federation. IRF is a unique global
platform that brings together public and private entities committed to road
development. Working together with its members and associates, the IRF promotes
social and economic benefits that flow from well-planned and environmentally
sound transportation networks.
- Single Source Europe (SSE)
SSE is the online portal for electronic and printed publications produced
by Central and East European think tanks and research institutes (TT/RI) focusing
on EU affairs.
- United Kingdom Public Administration Consortium
(UKPAC)
UKPAC is a consortium of public and private organisations that forms the UK's
National Section of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences
(IIAS)

(BIOA)
BIOA publishes a directory of ombudsman schemes and complaint handling bodies
in the United Kingdom and Ireland . This gives brief details about each scheme
and how to contact it by telephone, fax, letter or e-mail.
