Developed and delivered a seminar for the representatives of the Academy of Public Administration, as well as civil servants representing state bodies at different levels, on various methodologies for civil service systems assessments. The project was implemented in partnership with UNDP.
Developed and delivered a seminar for Ministry of Finance representatives from the central and local levels of government on the best international practices in citizen engagement in the process of public finance management. Also covered toolkits for and approaches to public finance management, such as results-oriented budgeting. The project was implemented in partnership with UNDP.
