Our virtual capability
Our virtual training solutions are designed to simulate the traditional face-to-face learning experience and are delivered to the same high quality on a virtual basis. You can expect the same participative training strategies, including focussed briefings, case studies, structured discussions and group work. We believe that training should be learner-centred and recognise that individuals have different aims and learning styles and that motivation is crucial to successful learning.
Some participants opt to join our scheduled workshops remotely. You are fully involved in the briefings, discussions and practical work throughout. You can also join selected visits if they form part of the programme.
We use a variety of platforms to deliver our virtual workshops and often use Zoho ShowTime, the platform used to host our highly successful free webinars. Zoho ShowTime facilitates collaborative learning in our virtual classrooms through Q&As, polls, screen sharing, use of a whiteboard and more. We can upload videos, presentation materials and other content so that you can learn at your convenience. We can also use a platform of your organisation’s choice if you prefer.
