Following the successful study visit we organised in 2019 for senior public sector leaders from the Government of Bangladesh, we were invited by the British Council in Dhaka to design and run another one-week tailor-made programme from the Cabinet Division and a range of other Ministries and Agencies in May 2023. The visits were part of an EC-funded project called Platforms for Dialogue, implemented by the British Council. The focus of the first week was on change management in the public sector and how governments can improve their relationships and engagement with civil society. The second study visit covered public management, leadership and governance. Both groups were very engaged and participative and really enjoyed their time in London.
