As part of GiZ’s Access to Justice for Women project in Bangladesh, our consultants facilitated the institutionalisation of the Paralegal Advisory Services within the justice system. Services included empirical research to identify the scope and preconditions necessary for effective institutionalisation, development of legally sound and actionable policy recommendations, conducting a cost-benefit analysis to assess the economic feasibility of different approaches and a series of stakeholder consultations to develop policy documents and budgets.
