Comprehensive analysis of the existing initiatives and frameworks for regional co-operation for parliaments in the Western Balkans. Includes preparation of a proposal outlining how to streamline the regional institutions as a pre-condition for further support to parliamentary co-operation and drafting policy recommendations for future support for parliamentary co-operation.
