International workshops on the Management and Co-Ordination of European Union Business for representatives from EU applicant countries. Participants came from the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Funded by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
