Tailor-made workshop on Performance Management, Capability Reviews and Performance Improvement Plans for senior officials from the Ministry for Information Society and Administration, the Ministry of Education and Science and the General Secretariat of the Government of Macedonia. Included briefing sessions from speakers with experience from the UK National Audit Office, the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit and the National School of Government and visits to the Land Registry and the London Borough of Newham.
