Collaborated with the International Records Management Trust in designing and delivering a study programme for judges from the Ministry of Justice, Government of Turkey. Concentrated on judicial records and covered issues of managing records and statistics, openness and transparency, freedom of information and accessibility. Commissioned by the British Council in Ankara with funding from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
