As part of an EC/Government of Turkey-funded project on Improved Strategic Management Capacity, designed and arranged a study programme on Strategic Planning and Performance Management in the Public Sector for senior civil servants from the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Development, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communication. Arranged in partnership with the Nicolaas Witsen Foundation (Netherlands).
