Knowledge for Reform Action in the Western Balkans – EU accession advisory services

 PAI-led consortium has been awarded the Long Term Agreement with UNOPS to provide consultancy services associated with the EU accession negotiation process and EU harmonization for the countries in the Western Balkans under the “Knowledge for Reform Action in the Western Balkans” programme. Our consortium includes European Policy Centre (Serbia), Center for Change Management (North Macedonia), IDRA Research & Consulting (Albania), Prishtina REA (Kosovo), the Foreign Policy Initiative (Bosnia & Herzegovina) and Institute of Strategic Studies and Prognoses (Montenegro)

We are looking for consultants with a Master degree and at least 5 years of experience of working for/with the EU institutions and/or the governments in the Western Balkan countries on EU accession matters, i.e. preparation of presentations for bilateral/explanatory screening, preparatory work to meet opening benchmarks in selected chapters of the acquis, provision of chapter-specific technical support, development of strategic and policy documents related to accession negotiation, support for the work of the SAA and negotiation bodies.

The consultant’s experience should cover one or several chapters listed below:

Cluster 4 (Green agenda and sustainable connectivity):

Cluster 5 (Resources, agriculture and cohesion):

  • Chapter 11 (Agriculture and rural development)
